There is an easy way to by-pass the clutch and side-stand switches which requires little wiring knowledge and is easily reversed should you want to put it back to standard.
Start by making a short link with a male spade connector each end like this:
Now locate this relay under the seat next to the CDI unit:
This relay is opertaed by the clutch and sidestand. Unplug the relay and and plug the link into the relay connector so that it connects the blue/white wires to the blue/yellow. Like this:
Wrap some tape around to keep it all together and waterproof and everything will be fine. The kill switch still works normally(it is on the same circuit), and the other switches are now out of the game. Simple.
